We retain your email, username and transaction history for 12 months after closure to comply with payment verification and anti-fraud rules. After 12 months, personal data is anonymised. You can request immediate deletion, which we process within 14 days, but payment records are kept for seven years per law.
Yes. Each payment provider encrypts your transaction end-to-end. We do not store your bank details or card number; every deposit and withdrawal is verified through the provider's secure gateway and logged to your account in real time.
Log in to Settings > Account & Security and select Transaction History. You'll see every deposit and withdrawal with the date, amount, payment method and status. Export your full account record using the Data Request button in the same menu.
Use the Forgot Password link on login to reset via your registered email. We send a secure reset link that expires in one hour. If you cannot access your email, contact live chat with your username and we'll verify your identity before helping you recover access.
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to track your session on our site. Session cookies expire when you log out. Persistent login tokens refresh every 30 days. Cookies do not follow you to other websites and we do not use them to build a profile of your activity outside our lobby.
Contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction with your username and details. We investigate and respond within 14 days. If the charge was made in error, we reverse it to your payment method. For fraud claims, we escalate to our compliance officer and the relevant payment provider.
Log in to Settings > Account & Security and select the Data Deletion Request form. Confirm your email and reason. We process deletions within 14 days, though payment records required by law are kept. After deletion, you can open a new account with a new username and email.
